Casa berry info: This beautiful detached villa sleeps 6 comfortably in single beds or 7 if you need a cot. Fully alarmed & window locks. P KITCHEN fully equipped kitchen with washing machine,iron & ironing board, oven,hob,micro wave, kettle,toaster, blender, chip pan fryer, fridge freezer, BEDROOM ONE: The main bedroom has an en suite with two double fitted pine wardrobes wardrobes and a hidden safe. All bedrooms have ceiling fans & aircon. Hair dryer & adapter & large mirror on wall. BEDROOM 2&3: Two further bedrooms with aircon,fans and double pine wardrobes. Hair dryer & adapter & large mirror on wall. MAIN BATHROOM: The main bathroom has a bath,shower,toilet,bidet, hand basin, laundry bin, mirror, power points. LOUNGE The lounge consists of a 6/7 seater red leather modern sofa, with a flat screen t.v which has a basic sky free view. There are many DVDs to watch for all ages. iPod dock for iPhone 4, portable CD player, library corner for all, ceiling fans & aircon and a 6 seater dining table and WIFI. COVERED TERRACE WITH SEA VIEWS: Ideal for "Alfresco Dinning" or chilling out with 6 seater rattan dinning table. UPPER SUN TERRACE: For those sun worshipers! Great views from here. Great for drying your washing up here to! GARDEN The garden is full of fruit trees, Lemons, oranges, olive trees & pretty flowers. The Hot Tub is to the right hand side of the villa where you will also find the shed. In there are the beach chairs & brollies. To the left hand side of the villa is the enormous pool. Shallow end is 3-4 ft slopping down to 6 ft. There are 6 sun loungers with sun towels, 3 parasol, BBQ, seating area, outside shower & garden lights. ENTERANCE Double lockable gated entrance where if you wish you can park your car. Our friend also rents out their villa which is just at the back of us if you are travelling in a large group and need 2 villas. Each villa caters upto 6 people in single / double beds. Our friends villa is not the same spec as ours ie, no wifi or free view, only partly aircon and no hot tub but is the same price. Flights to Alicante are: From Birmingham: Monarch (you can use your Tesco vouchers!), Ryanair, Thomas cook. Car hire The lady who looks after our villa also does a taxi service if you prefer not to hire a car but hiring works out much cheaper. The drive takes us 20-30 minutes from the airport to our villa and is quite a straight run. We would recommend you hire a car but if you prefer not to then our neighbours offer a taxi service to. Contact detail would be given on booking. We always use doyouspain for our car hire, very reasonable we find. BEACH Is roughly 2 miles/km away. Lots of bars & Restaurants over looking the sea. Super markets, banks & other shops. TRAM: Roughly 2 miles/km away GOLF: 2 minute drive away. Local pubs, Restuarant walking distance of approx 1-2 km. Benidorm & Alicante is just a 30 minutes drive where you can enjoy days out at water & theme parks. Regards Julie
